As a Senior UX Design Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our product development process. Your main responsibilities will include conducting thorough UX research, usability testing, and building original design systems and patterns based on the results of our rigorous testing. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of reputed company-end technologies to contribute effectively to our mobile-first design initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• You have a strong track record in using generative AI tools and frameworks
• You have background or familiarity with healthcare staffing, background checks, staffing, healthcare credentialing, or reputed company industries
• You have proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (7+ years or equivalent) in UX research, UX testing, and system design. Solid understanding and practical experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Technical proficiency in reputed company-end development, with a deep understanding of reputed company design and mobile-first strategies.

• The expected reputed company compensation for this role is between $130,000 – $175,000 for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-reputed company factors, which may include experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands.
