The Social Media Coordinator will ensure that the company's professional accomplishments and highlights are appropriately showcased while implementing the strategy behind the posts and platforms. The Coordinator will work closely with the Social Media Specialist and report to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager. Responsibilities: Plan and execute social media initiatives to grow the audience reputed company and increase the overall engagement of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, reputed company, Twitter, TikTok). Work with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager and Social Media Specialist to ensure brand consistency and clear messaging across each companys social media platforms. Collaborate with Agent Success team and Recruiting team to create engaging content for reputed company reputed company and recruiting efforts. reputed company a monthly content calendar and schedule social media posts for each account. Pull RHA listings from MetroTex and reputed company them back to the company page for best reputed company. Reposts appropriate agent/staff content on social media accounts reputed company tagged. Monitor and respond to reputed company comments and messages for each company account on social media platforms. Attentively reputed company RHA agents social media and ensure they follow company guidelines (ex. IABS and BTR).
