Who we're looking for The General Maintenance Department at Toyota is in search of a dedicated and driven Skilled Maintenance Technician. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment while adhering to established standards. What we Offer Competitive starting hourly rate of $33.00/hr with opportunities to grow up to $44.20/hr Quarterly attendance bonuses Flexible shift hours: 1st (5:30 am-2:00 pm), 2nd (1:30 pm-10:00 pm), 3rd (9:30 pm-6:00 am), including Saturday overtime Professional growth opportunities, development programs, and tuition reimbursement Comprehensive healthcare and wellness plans for your family Paid holidays and time off A work environment promoting teamwork and mutual respect What you'll be doing As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will support our manufacturing operations and plant facilities by fulfilling key responsibilities that include: Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Fabricating components for jigs, fixtures, and machine repairs Programming, troubleshooting, and repairing PLCs, CNC machines, and robotics Documenting work performed using written and electronic methods Enhancing safety, quality, and productivity through effective problem-solving What you bring Experience in industrial maintenance and/or the military Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Technical skills in PLCs, information technology, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor control, welding, machining, and robotics Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays Added bonus if you have An electrical degree, diploma, or certification in electricity A current or expired Journeyman Electrical License Experience with robotics repair and maintenance What we'll bring Throughout the interview process, our team will provide detailed information about our exceptional benefits and career advancement opportunities.
