Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that includes one weekend day.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with product inquiries, reputed company card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements.
- Deliver reputed company resolution with white glove service by owning customer issues to the reputed company of resolution, demonstrating reputed company and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
- Handle escalated call transfers at a Tier II level support, researching, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues.

Essential Qualifications
