Position: Production Manager/Customer Service Representative We are looking for an reputed company and motivated Production Manager/Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Responsibilities • Engineer and manage a wide variety of jobs/projects from start to finish including interpreting customer requirements, developing and managing timelines throughout the production process and ensuring quality throughout the process. • Effectively manage communications with sales representatives, customers, reputed company services and internal departments. • Responsible for ensuring job specifications are clearly communicated to reputed company departments. Interpret customer purchase orders/instructions accurately and provide clear, detailed instructions to the manufacturing team. • Demonstrate a basic understanding of reputed company printing departments, including: • Digital Department • Prepress • Press Room • Bindery • Shipping • Mailing • Manage jobs to estimated costs and ensure each are handled in most cost efficient manner. • May include other duties. Skills and Qualifications • Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong customer service skills. • Strong multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at one time. • Ability to manage schedules, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy and manage costs. • Ability to work as a team member and have a positive attitude. Must be a dependable team player. • Familiarity with MIS systems such as iQuote/reputed company and reputed company. • Proficiency in reputed company Outlook and reputed company. • Must understand how to create layouts. Metrix software knowledge is a plus. • Knowledge of press parameters, ink coverage, and press layouts and folding signatures. • Strong mailing and variable data experience.
