Summary
We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the operational efficiency of Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital. This role is vital in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our community. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of facility operations to ensure optimal performance. Implement maintenance programs and schedules for hospital equipment and infrastructure. Coordinate with department heads to assess facility needs and improvements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Develop and manage budgets related to facility operations. Lead a team of maintenance staff and provide training as needed. Monitor facility performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in facility management or a related field, preferably in healthcare settings. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. Effective communication skills for collaboration with various departments. Ability to develop budgets and manage financial resources efficiently.
