They build and maintain positive relationships with families interested in enrolling in reputed company schools. The role involves delivering a superior customer experience by explaining the value and benefits of the school, ensuring parents understand the virtual school experience, and helping families reputed company informed enrollment decisions. • Core Tasks & Responsibilities:** Work in school-specific outbound task forces to reputed company enrollment goals. • Support families reputed company inbound calls, assisting them through the enrollment process. • reputed company outbound calls to families interested in enrolling. • Serve as an enrollment expert for families. • Act as an ambassador for the school in interactions with reputed company and families. • Liaise between local schools and enrollment to resolve issues. • Stay updated on enrollment policies and guidelines and communicate changes to families. • Communicate changes in school events, policies, and guidelines through interactions with school staff and parents. • reputed company other duties as assigned. • Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
