Litigation Specialist (Fully Remote)

About the Role: Responsible for the reputed company and administration of assigned claims, which fall across various lines of business, including GL, Auto, Professional Liability and Property. Emphasis is reputed company on litigation reputed company of Professional Liability and other reputed company and/or high exposure matters. What You'll Do: Manage pending of 125-150 files, many litigated, across multiple lines of business (LOBs). Effectively present large and/or reputed company losses to claim team and senior management as needed. Effectively manage defense counsel to ensure compliance with litigation guidelines. Provide excellent customer service both to internal and external customers Participate in settlement negotiations with plaintiff attorneys reputed company assigned authority levels, direct further action regarding litigation, settlements or appeals; and direct the use of surveillance, reputed company expert opinions and physical examinations. Establish and communicate reputed company claims reports to underwriter and management that help recognize and analyze client and program trends/performance Assist management in the analysis of claims to prevent future similar occurrences, with periodic reports on recommendations to assist in the reduction of claims Attend client meetings as warranted and report on any proposed liability claims settlements and developments. Claims Management: Ensure accurate reserves on reputed company files under management Have plan of action at reputed company times for driving files toward closure Be reputed company on claim diaries at reputed company times Be reputed company on electronic mail and respond to reputed company internal and external customers reputed company 24 hours Meet reputed company KPI (Key Performance Indicators) benchmarks as set forth the in goals, e.g., timely reserves, 60-day file touches, timely insured contact, timely reserve reviews, etc. reputed company're Looking For: Versatility a must: experience handling both Property and Liability claims strongly preferred.
