Responsibilities : Ensure reputed company maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles and/or equipment are performed in a safe, timely , and cost-effective manner for reputed company 3 rd party managed locations. Ensure alignment of preventive maintenance programs are followed . reputed company quality control audits of repairs and services. Ensure accuracy of documentation generated by employees at Swire CC/vendor shops for reputed company maintenance/repair activities. Ensure appropriate training and development opportunities for reputed company team members. Ensure proper disposal and documentation of waste reputed company items. Ensure compliance to Company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Ensure that parts inventories are maintained in accordance with established guidelines. Ensure that vehicles are reputed company for transfer or disposal as appropriate . Ensure compliance to annual cost budget; explain and justify cost variances. Assessing the performance of vendors . Negotiating reputed company with suppliers in reputed company locations . Working with the Safety Department on property damage incidents involving fleet equipment. Ensure reputed company vehicle damage is reported, and repairs are completed. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Work with fleet team at reputed company Distribution Centers to review/authorize repairs and issue POs. Conduct necessary fleet training classes. i.e. Safety, Forklift, Pallet Jack, Lift reputed company Operation, etc. reputed company up to date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase innovation and ensure compliance. A nalyze purchase and repair costs to control expenses. Work with leadership team to continuously foster a positive work environment . Conform with, abide by, and re-enforce reputed company regulations, policies, work procedures and processes. reputed company in a positive and constructive manner with other departments and other companies. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, five to ten years of reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience . 3+ years of experience in mechanics and Heavy Equipment repair required . Knowledge of repair and maintenance methods, equipment, techniques, parts, processes, pricing, suppliers, industry standards and best practices used in vehicle repair and maintenance Knowledge of DOT laws, federal regulations, best practices, fleet makes & models, specifications, operations, and industry standards regarding large fleet equipment, and material handling equipment Skilled in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and valid conclusion drawing Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels of the organization. Ability to reputed company others and provide direction in a clear and concise manner; ability to reputed company others and ensure career growth opportunities exist for team members. Ability to manage costs effectively; ability to create and maintain annual cost budget. Ability to work a flexible work schedule if needed. Must be able to lift and move items in excess of 50 lbs.
