Your primary responsibility will involve traveling to our customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and reputed company. A day in the life of a Travel Estimating Property Adjuster: Travel to loss sites and conduct thorough inspections of properties. Write accurate estimates to capture the extent of damages. Settle claims promptly and fairly, adhering to customer policies. Utilize advanced video technology for remote collaboration and estimating. Review policies to determine coverage and provide detailed explanations to customers. Communicate empathetically with customers, guiding them through the claim process. Negotiate claim settlements in accordance with established methodologies. Work in various environments, including independent and team settings, and virtual platforms. Handle claims, collaborate with vendors, and communicate with customers from home. Participate in online meetings and trainings, being on camera as required. After training, work 10 days on 4 days off working 8 - 12 hours/day (up to $175/day for working over 8 hours, $200 weekends and/or holidays). This field position requires up to 90% travel out of town. Preferred Qualifications: Located reputed company 50 miles of an airport. 2+ years of experience writing water damage estimates preferred. Previous experience as a property adjuster preferred. Proficiency in estimating software like Xactimate preferred. Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently, starting from home, and travel to different locations. Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward challenges. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Required Qualifications: Must be willing and able to carry a 50-pound ladder and access up to a 6/12 pitch on either a one to two-story roof. Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 - 88,987.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
