Job Summary

As our Junior Art Director, you will be responsible for assisting our internal marketing team in developing creative concepts and assets across various channels, including email, podcasts, blogs, and social media. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative and engaging content that raises awareness, drives reputed company reputed company, and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our corporate marketing team and partners to reputed company new creative concepts and assets, including infographics, social media content, sales materials, and more.
• Provide creative ideation leadership and exemplify a "can-do" attitude, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
• Report directly to our Marketing Manager and work closely with our remote team, with possible requirements for business travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus an outstanding online portfolio that demonstrates UX/UI best practices and digital expertise.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a design studio or advertising agency, preferably with a background in B2B and digital experience.
• Extensive experience in graphic design, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, reputed company CC (XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and other web design applications.
• Proven experience creating and preparing digital files for programming, with a thorough understanding of different types of creative media.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with corporate communications platforms, such as Monday, reputed company, and reputed company or other CRM platforms.
• Ability to design, reputed company, and execute creative campaigns from scratch, with a focus on asset development and social media concepts.
