Job Description

Position Overview The Licensing, Contracting, Appointments (LCA) Director provides strategic leadership and reputed company for reputed company aspects of Financial Professional (FP) Contracting activities and FP record maintenance with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness and process efficiency. This client-facing role (Financial Professionals are our clients) will report to the Vice President of Licensing Contracting and Commissions (LCC) and is pivotal to establishing a high-quality Financial Professional experience.
