Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in Enterprise architecture, data architecture and Contact Center and UC environments 5+ years of experience with software architecture and design reputed company CCaaS systems Demonstrated experience in implementing AI solutions for marketing technology and social media management Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (reputed company, reputed company Connect, reputed company, reputed company) and cloud-based martech solutions. Compensation

Range $121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000 The reputed company salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above.
