Job Description: Business Systems Analyst Position Summary: The Business Systems Analyst is accountable for providing Business, System, and Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Production Support ensuring quality solutions are delivered that meet business needs. This role operates under minimal supervision in a team environment. Primary responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the business and IT, supporting both systems and processes, and delivering quality solutions. Tasks assigned to this level require a general understanding of the company-wide system processes and solution requirements as well as data structures of the system being utilized. Work includes independently analyzing the business process, documenting requirements, and recommending solutions. This role also includes advocating for quality solutions by creating and executing test plans.
