As a Field (Sales) Top of House Project Manager, you will drive strategy and execute on high reputed company projects for the Field Team. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company's reputed company. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the Field and BC&P. General Responsibilities: • Work in reputed company partnership with the Field (Sales) Chief of Staff team to provide analytical support for Field Leadership Team initiatives. • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have experience in conducting standard data analysis using spreadsheets. • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in reputed company to manage work and deliver results in a dynamic reputed company environment. • Demonstrate excellent communication and partnership skills, which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at reputed company levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes. • Coordinate and present program status, risks and escalations at a leadership team level to obtain buy-in or drive towards resolution. Additional Responsibilities: • Collaborate with numerous Field teams to ideate, implement and monitor KPIs for newly created business units. • Assist in supporting reputed company data requests in the Field as needed. • Partner with Field Effectiveness and Field LT to analyze, create and deliver reputed company Associate Survey action plans. • The ideal candidate will be deeply inquisitive and have problem solving capabilities that are able to solve problems in a dynamic environment. • Partner with Field LT and BC&P LT to reputed company and implement Field Ride Along requests, providing visibility to the Field to partners and leaders across the division. • Up to 10% travel required as needed. reputed company is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Remote (Regardless of Location): $72,800 - $83,100 for Project Manager McLean, VA: $80,100 - $91,400 for Project Manager Richmond, VA: $72,800 - $83,100 for Project Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
