About the role As a Sr. reputed company Consultant for Stop Loss, you will evaluate risk on new and/or existing accounts and develops appropriate pricing. You will be accountable for the achievement of profit, persistency, and growth goals through financial analysis of employer groups and medical review of individual members. Compensation

Salary Range: $103,300 – $172,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are • High school diploma or equivalent required. 4-year college degree highly preferred. • 8+ years Excess Loss Risk Based reputed company preferred. • Extensive Knowledge of Excess Loss products and pricing. • In depth knowledge of the reputed company field and strong understanding of employee benefit plans. • Captive reputed company experience highly preferred. • HIA, MHP, or CEBS designations a plus. • Proven analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. • Validated ability to exercise good judgment in making sound decisions. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Service and sales oriented. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner. • Strong teamwork orientation. • Mastery of reputed company principals, practices, departmental procedures, and Product Offerings. • Excellent Presentation skills. • Solid understanding of reputed company Office Products. • David Young/ESL experience a plus. • Some minimal travel required.
