Senior IT Governance & Compliance Program Manager Location: Tampa, FL (3 days onsite - hybrid) Duration: 12 months Consent Order - Strategic Work Effort (SWE) Management The role is for an reputed company, hands-on IT professional who is skilled in management of Technology Book of Work while adhering to mandated policies and procedures for governing and reporting on status of Tech Initiatives and management of risks and issues including associated mitigation plans. This role will be responsible for end-to-end review of the Tech SWE in PTS (Project Tracking System) to ensure that reputed company policies and procedures mandated by reputed company Management Council (CPMC) and Organizational Program Management Office (OPMO) are being followed. This role will liaise with many senior stakeholders and multiple teams to obtain the needed information to drive compliance with mandated project management policies, standards and procedures. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Knowledge and Skills: • 10+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology with a focus on compliance and governance (Must Have) • Demonstrated ability to drive adherence to firm wide policies and procedures esp for project management processes (Must Have) • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and reputed company (Must Have) • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized (Must Have) • Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills (Must Have) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging (Must Have) • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders. • Strong leadership skills and influencing capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to work on tools and process that help track Technology Book of Work • Ability to work in a fast moving and reputed company environment with proactive demeanor to pick-up reputed company and new topics and deliver on them. • Ability to understand risk-reward, provide diplomatic challenge to stakeholders, and escalate issues reputed company appropriate. • Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities to deliver high quality and timely work. • Comfort navigating reputed company, highly-matrixed organizations. • Comfortable acting as an agent for positive change with agility and flexibility • Process mapping, consulting, audit skills are desirable. • Financial services and Regulatory reporting experience is a Plus. • US Financial Regulatory reporting process understanding is a plus. Education: • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience • Technology/Data Management/Information Systems Certification preferred. • Strong plus if one has experience with regulatory or consent order type of projects, or audit. Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
