Requirements
What Were Looking For: Full Stack Application Development: Experience in a collaborative environment. Software Engineering Mastery: Deep understanding of modern software engineering principles and practices. Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new development languages and tools. Strong Skills: Organization, Task Completion, Logical Thinking, and Analysis Bonus Experience Expertise in the C# / .NET Tech Stack Experience in Building and Maintaining Distributed Systems Diverse Knowledge in Storage Persistence Technologies Experience with Cross-Platform UI Toolkits like React Native / Flutter Ability to Maintain and Incrementally Improve Legacy Codebases Direct Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal Preferences BS Degree in Computer Science or Related Field 5+ Years of Related Experience ERP/MRP Systems: Experience developing and supporting these systems in a manufacturing environment. Database Proficiency: Working knowledge of database management and development. Mathematical Acumen: Proficiency in relevant mathematical concepts. Structural or Civil Engineering knowledge is a plus! Leadership Qualities: Ability to inspire, lead, and mentor junior software engineers.
