Job Description:

• We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our reputed company platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our reputed company user experience is of great importance to Sun;therefore, the reputed company Administrator will be involved in reputed company aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
• reputed company configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
• Sandbox environment management.
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
• Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, coordinating with stakeholders. Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
• Proactive system maintenance including reputed company Reviews, Release Updates, Health reputed company, and Optimizer.
• User support tickets.
• Monitor and improve user adoption.
• New user and ongoing user training.
• Technical documentation
• Data management to improve reputed company data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
• Working with integrated applications including or similar to reputed company, reputed company, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Geopointe, Duplicate reputed company and other AppExchange packages.
• Assist in the evaluation of AppExchange tools for feasibility and impact.
• This is a solo admin role. Should be comfortable relying on consultants, Trailhead and reputed company support, and the reputed company User Community for help and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Strong reputed company product knowledge and at least 5+ years of reputed company Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud. Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
• Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
• Certified reputed company Administrator.
• Business Process Management experience in designing scalable, best practice solutions.
• Interact regularly with global business units to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Training end users and key stakeholders and reputed company to questions.
• Experience implementing reputed company configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Data loader, reputed company, and export, manipulation, and import of data.
• Experience with data management, cleansing of data using de-duping tools, and reputed company.
• Additional reputed company certifications e.G. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer.
• Experience with integrations of reputed company and another system, using an integration platform like reputed company, reputed company, or Informatica. Preferably integrating with an ERP system. Experience with reputed company integration a big plus.
• Demonstrates reputed company personal/professional development and active in the reputed company community.
• Apex coding skills, ability to create and maintain triggers a plus, not required.
