Strategy Manager

As a strategy manager within Strategy Process, you’ll play a key role in shaping Progressive’s corporate strategy by driving business unit advisory, scenario exploration, and emerging trends services. You’ll lead a team of Strategy Analysts, providing leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to translate data from emerging macro, industry, and consumer trends into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Acting as a manager and a strategic contributor, you’ll provide direct support for high-impact projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business needs. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to develop competitive response strategies, deliver compelling insights, and drive meaningful organizational change. Location: This is a remote position. Local to Cleveland or Chicago preferred for occasional in-person meetings. This position will require quarterly travel to Cleveland for Strategy meetings and/or project work (estimated 4-6 times a year).
