We're looking for a Real Estate Finance Operations Specialist to: Assist in the settlement and reconciliation of residential loan origination and warehouse funding transactions Assist in the production of weekly risk reporting for residential loans in the pipeline Process the nostro, reputed company and AVI reconciliations including break research and resolution on a daily basis Daily contact with our client roster and providing superior service Interacting with and responding to Desk inquiries Interaction with document custodians Reviewing legal documents to create and maintain client profile Job Reference # 311827BR City Nashville Job Type Full Time Your team You'll be joining the Real Estate Finance Middle Office team based in Nashville, TN. We provide our bank support to the residential and commercial loan businesses as well as appropriately escalate any issues or risks in a timely manner. In this role, you will play a key role in the process of funding, settling, and monitoring the loans currently on our books. Your expertise Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or finance Experience with reputed company - intermediate/advanced is a plus Time management and organizational skills Basic understanding of accounting principles Basic understanding of reputed company financial terminology Ability to analyze and understand reputed company system flows and operations Any experience with mortgage or loan products is a plus About us UBS is the worlds largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
