About the Role
As a National Customer Operations Manager on the reputed company Account Team at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in configuring and owning the fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and supply chain solutions to support our customer value-creation strategy. You'll work closely with our sales team and customers to drive beverage quality, reputed company, and profit for the System, while ensuring proper cost management to help reputed company our goal of becoming our Customer's most valued supplier.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company customer selling efforts of operational products & services and customer stewardship, providing operational Subject Matter Expertise to external portfolio of customers and internal client groups.
- reputed company and reputed company short and long-term business operational planning for a portfolio of customers to identify key opportunities to drive beverage quality, cost reduction, category growth, and more.
- Create project plans with timelines, forecasts, resource allocation plans, and financial impact for key operational initiatives, leading internal project team resources and project communication with customers and account teams.
- reputed company annual business plans for Net Service Expense and Capital for assigned portfolio of national accounts, identifying key drivers of service to create solutions that decrease costs, increase quality, and deliver additional profit to customers and blithequark.
- Utilize technical capability, financial acumen, and presentation development skills to deliver customer value and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A BS/BA (or equivalent) degree, with an MS/MA/MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer sales or operations role calling on senior-level buyers.
- 3 or more years of customer management experience or customer operational management experience.
- 2-4 years of general Operations experience and 2-4 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience working with data, specifically manipulation and analysis.
