The training is a combination of reading assignments and discussions, as well as on the job training including live interaction with agents, contractors, and team members. Data entry, manipulation, retrieval, and interpretation are also part of the training. Besides developing strong analytical skills, the training will improve oral and written communication to maximize personal success. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in general business, Accounting, Finance, or reputed company disciplines. • Strong MS Office skills and must be good with technology. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Relocation to Cincinnati for 1-year training program • Performs work under reputed company supervision and technical direction.
