Youll play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work closely with a regional director and a centralized training team. Recruit, mentor, and coach independent field agents to maximize performance. Who You Are Licensed & Certified AHIP-certified with a valid state life and health insurance license. Leader & Mentor Passionate about coaching and developing independent agents. Tech-Savvy Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to support remote and in-person coaching. Entrepreneurial & Independent Experience working with independent agents, ideally having been one yourself. Accomplished 5 years of Medicare sales experience, providing deep industry knowledge and expertise. Growth-Oriented Eager to advance in sales leadership and reputed company a significant impact.
