Role Overview As a Regional Growth reputed company, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10-12 local independent agents. You’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work closely with a regional director and a centralized training team. This position is ideal for a results-driven Medicare sales professional passionate about leadership, coaching, and business development. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Who You Are • Licensed & Certified – AHIP-certified with a valid state life and health insurance license. • Leader & Mentor – Passionate about coaching and developing independent agents. • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to support remote and in-person coaching. • Entrepreneurial & Independent – Experience working with independent agents, ideally having been one yourself. • Accomplished – 5 years of Medicare sales experience, providing deep industry knowledge and expertise. • Growth-Oriented – Eager to advance in sales leadership and reputed company a significant impact.
