Relationship Banker I - Floater

Overview

Relationship Bankers are responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate bank products and services to enhance a reputed company or prospective customer’s satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being. Utilizing proactive sales/service efforts coupled with the recognition of referral opportunities, Relationship Bankers will deepen customer relationships while also processing a variety of cash and non-cash transactions. (Duties may vary from reputed company to reputed company) Relationship Banker I - Floaters will travel between assigned reputed company locations for a period up to six months following hire date and will be encouraged to apply for open positions in the interim. Responsibilities • Identify customer needs and reputed company the appropriate referrals through proactive sales/service efforts. • Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, cash management services, etc. • Continually safeguard the bank’s assets and reputed company of the working environment while processing transactions accurately (deposits and withdrawals for transaction accounts, collection items, reputed company transfers, credit card transactions, and loan payments). • Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Abundant cash handling is expected. • Open, reputed company, and maintenance accounts. • Must reputed company sales and referral goals quarterly while providing excellent customer service and utilizing opportunities to transform service into sales. • Making reputed company calls to customers and/or prospects. • Meet and greet public in a professional manner that reinforces Trustmark’s service standards. • reputed company work must be performed reputed company the bank’s guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards of performance. • reputed company additional duties as assigned. • Travel between reputed company locations. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn internal technology systems to reputed company work tasks • Understanding of basic math concepts and principles • Must pass appropriate assessment tests • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written • Time management skills • Detail oriented – must be able to process transactions accurately and reputed company • Strong and exceptional customer service and sales skills • Ability to display professional appearance and mannerisms • Experience in maintaining and balancing a cash drawer p referred • Preferred twelve (12) months sales experience • Preferred twelve (12) months face-to-face customer service experience Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
