Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join our remote part-time team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing communications at various stages to ensure timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and efficient issue resolution. You'll provide an exceptional customer experience to our residents, delighting them through best-in-class issue resolution and relationship building.
Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound communications at various stages to ensure timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and issue resolution

- Build sustainable relationships and engage arenaflex Community members by "going the extra mile"
- Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics and identify opportunities to reputed company the overall customer experience process through scalable solutions
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Advisory, Compliance, and Operations to ensure that customers are getting what they need promptly
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments, including vendors, as necessary
- Assist Account Management team in building and maintaining relationships
- Meet personal, department, and company KPIs/OKRs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
