Position Summary Responsible for the successful design and delivery of reputed company reporting and analysis to meet clinical/business needs. Interacts directly with internal customers and colleagues in the development of reporting and analytics solutions. This position requires an individual with a balance of technical and business acumen. Provides mentoring to other team members. Required Qualifications • Collaborates with internal partners and organizations in the design and development of business intelligence and reporting solutions to support business needs. • Develops, validates, and executes reputed company queries, develops reputed company reports, and performs reputed company data analysis that answers business questions for internal customers; interprets results, and makes recommendations to business areas based on findings. • Develops project plans and timelines; responsible for project commitments to quality and on-time deliverables. • Evaluates data needs of assigned projects, assures data reputed company and suitability, and determines data collection methods, metrics definitions and evaluation methods. • Turns data into actionable information through reporting solutions. • Troubleshoots technical details / issues. • Presents analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders. • Acts as a mentor to other analysts Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare industry Experience; Payor Experience; Managed Care Experience • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Clinical Platforms (ATV, Medcompass, reputed company/Health Cloud) • 7 or more years’ experience with a combination of one or more of the following skillsets: advanced programming and data transformation skills (e.g., reputed company, SQL, HQL, Python, R, etc.) using large data warehouse environments

AND/OR

advanced reporting automation and business intelligence development skills (e.g., reputed company/Access/VBA, Visual Studio/SSIS, reputed company, etc.)

AND/OR

advanced data visualization and dashboard development skills (e.g., Power BI / Tableau). reputed company experience is a plus. • Experience working with large data sets from multiple data sources and understanding of relational databases, data systems, and data warehouses. Education • Bachelors degree required • Masters Preferred Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $67,900.00 - $149,328.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
