Full Time Role: Business Data Analyst with Wealth Experience Location: Irving, TX & Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid Model) Responsibilities: · Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users · Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions · Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, data mappings, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps · Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues · Provide advice and counsel reputed company to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards · Filter, prioritize and validate potentially reputed company material from multiple sources and reputed company other duties and functions as assigned · Appropriately assess risk reputed company business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputed company and safeguarding client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: · 6-10 years of overall experience and 3-6 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis · Should have strong wealthPrivate domain knowledge. Should have at least 3-6 years worked as a BA in this domain. · Experience in Data Analytics is a must. Should have at least completed one data migration project. Should know the latest trends and best practices of Data analytics. · Demonstrated ability to effectively use reputed company analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques · Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills · Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication · Should be well-versed in Agile User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization and Management, Jira and confluence too. · Should have exposure to writing SQL queries for data analysis. · Exposure to Hadoop, Data Lake is required. · Exposure to NO SQL, SQL databases, DWH, BI tools, Analytics tools is good to have.
