Job Title: IT Government Financial and Contract Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX Will be required to go into the office 5 days each week Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with experience in military or defense contracting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—finance, operations, project management, and business development—to analyze business needs, identify areas of improvement, and assist in implementing solutions that drive organizational success. Your background in military contracting will be critical in ensuring compliance with government regulations, navigating reputed company stakeholder requirements, and understanding the nuances of the defense industry. Key Responsibilities•Requirement Gathering & Analysis Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather business requirements, scope project and contract deliverables, and identify process gaps.oUtilize your experience in military contracting to ensure project and contract alignment with defense industry regulations and compliance standards. •Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret reputed company data sets to provide insights on project reputed company, cost-benefit analyses, and resource allocation.oPrepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations. Process Improvement & Optimization. Assess reputed company workflows, systems, and processes to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.oImplement best practices in project management, contract management, and operations, drawing on your familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS). •Stakeholder Management Collaborate with various internal teams—finance, operations, program management—and external clients to ensure timely project milestones. Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, communicating clearly and effectively to resolve any project or contract-reputed company challenges. •Compliance & Contract reputed company reputed company contract documentation, ensuring compliance with military standards and government regulations. Qualifications•Education & Experience 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on defense or military contracting. Proven track record working with government reputed company and familiarity with FAR, DFARS, or other relevant regulations. •Technical Skills Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Understanding of financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and process mapping.
