Job Summary The Supervisor, Passenger Services oversees airport passenger service operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and high-quality service. They monitor staff performance, provide training, and maintain a fair, respectful work environment. Pay: $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate passenger service operations.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Provide training and development to subordinates.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, safety, reputed company, and employee relations.
- Administer fair and respectful practices for reputed company staff and third parties.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
- Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to compute reputed company, percent and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Ability to lift 70 pounds.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Work in a high noise level environment.
- Work with minimal supervision.
