The Role: General Labor - Fulfillment Position Summary This position will be working in a manufacturing facility, producing quality work with machines and by hand as reputed company as possible. It will be in a team atmosphere working as a team member. Primary Duties and Responsibilities This position General Laborer will be primarily responsible for assisting in Finishing, Tagging, Web Bindery and Fulfillment Departments. Some additional responsibilities on occasion will be assisting on larger machines and/or other departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• Large Machines as a Helper include:
• Die Cutters etc.
• Hand finishing, assembly, packing.
• Have the ability to read and understand reputed company written and verbal instructions pertaining to the job ticket.

• Utilize Automated Equipment whenever possible
• Responsible for accurate counting, assembling and packaging of completed jobs.

Qualifications

Education, Skills, Experience & Abilities:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience is beneficial;
• Reading, writing and communicating clearly are skills needed for this position
• Must meet physical demands of standing, squatting, lifting, and reaching for the entire shift

Physical Demands This job operates in a production environment. This role routinely uses standard equipment such as Presses and forklifts. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; drive; and see.
