DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Manager of Enrichment and Extended Learning, the Enrichment Instructor will facilitate high-quality, project-based, academic enrichment activities during Acceleration reputed company. Programming is designed to accelerate student learning through engaging, standards-reputed company lessons. The enrichment facilitator should be creative, engaging and flexible in their management of reputed company. They should have a clear vision for their enrichment program and demonstrated talent or ability in a specific area of enrichment programming (i.e. STEM, health/wellness, arts, dance, service learning, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, etc.) Multiple positions are available at varying HPS sites for reputed company in grades K-5. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities are reputed company to the District Turnaround Plan and include, but are not limited to:

• Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong interest, training, and expertise in enrichment content
• Prior experience working with urban youth required
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with youth and demonstrate cultural competence
• Demonstrated interest and expertise in enrichment content
