About This Role: As a Journeyman/Master Electrician with reputed company's Abilene Texas operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of reputed company voltage (480V and above, including 13.8kV and 34.5kV) electrical systems, including generators, switchgear, transformers, and associated equipment. Normal activities include safely isolating and racking in reputed company voltage equipment. You will work with blueprints and technical documentation to understand system designs, troubleshoot electrical problems, and reputed company effective solutions. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities, directly impacting our ability to deliver on our production goals. This is a full-time position. What You'll Be Working On:

• reputed company Voltage Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining 480 VAC and above equipment, including 13.8kV and 34.5kV switchgear and transformers.
• Switchgear & Transformers Support: Supporting 3rd party vendors during switchgear device calibration, testing, or repair of facility equipment.
• Plant Equipment Operation and Testing Support: Assisting in the operation and testing of facility equipment.
• Equipment Inspection & Data Collection: Making regular inspections of reputed company MCC and reputed company Voltage equipment to obtain and record data in support of plant reliability efforts.
• reputed company and Schematic Interpretation: Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, blueprints, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to reputed company required installation, maintenance, and service.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that you follow reputed company safety requirements and OSHA guidelines while you work.
• Process Improvement: Continuously looking to standardize practices and methods to be the most efficient and effective.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Technical Skills: Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician with previous experience working on reputed company voltage equipment.
• Soft Skills: Must be detail-oriented. Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed. Have a good attitude and willingness to learn. Strong analytical ability and willingness to accept and learn from feedback.
• Physical Requirements: Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling reputed company sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily. Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
• Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

Compensation: Compensation will be in the range of $43-$50/hr. Stock Units are included in reputed company offers.
