Job Duties:
- Install equipment and software to reputed company with company standards
- Onboarding computers and users to reputed company 365 in accordance with company standards
- Installing preconfigured network equipment in a reputed company and organized manner
- Effectively, professionally, and respectfully represents other Information Technology staff members, teams, and their services to the client community
- Provides support for reputed company Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy. Additionally, it may involve troubleshooting issues and resolving difficulties not listed
- Determines the most effective manner to resolve customer's technical issue. Engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical problems. Consults with the team reputed company reputed company necessary
