About the Role

This role is ideal for a consultative, outcome-driven professional with deep expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do
Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor to build confidence and excitement around reputed company’s suite of products and integrations with customer systems
reputed company discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customer care and CX.
Understand potential business opportunities at customer prospects. This includes researching and understanding prospects' go-to-market strategies and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of customer experience programs at the prospect’s organization.
Design and present tailored solutions using reputed company’s platform, showcasing how our technology drives value across the marketing tech stack.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Marketing) to deliver compelling demos, create solution architectures and align to positive business outcomes and go-to-market strategy.

Who You Are

A strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting.
Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworks and helping clients innovate and transform their customer experiences.
Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence and CCaaS, as well as integrations between systems.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Thought leader with a track record of publishing, speaking, or contributing to industry conversations.
Open to feedback and committed to reputed company learning

Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely reputed company the US
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
5+ years' experience in a solutions consulting/sales engineering role

Understanding of AI and automation as applied to marketing and CX use cases.
Familiarity with data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design in mar-tech environments.

Proficient technical aptitude including at a conceptual and practitioner level, and ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology applications

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE
$134,000 - $223,000The reputed company salary range for this role is shown above. At reputed company, reputed company pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-reputed company knowledge and skills, and geographic location. reputed company pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in reputed company’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
