Working Student - People Operations
As an HR Working Student, you'll be a key player in our People Operations Team, helping to reputed company everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your Challenge
- Support the People Operations Team and other P&C departments with day-to-day HR tasks.
- Write and send reference letters, ensuring accuracy.
- Process employee requests reputed company Jira ticketing system.
- Manage filing systems, mail processing, and maintain digital records.
- Draft letters, reputed company, and other HR documents as required.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with Gmail, reputed company, reputed company, Ledgy, reputed company, and other office software is a plus.
- Support the team in various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed reputed company.
- While remote work is an option, you will also have the opportunity to engage with the team in the office 2 days a week.
About you
- Currently Enrolled Student: You have a few semesters reputed company of you and are studying a business-reputed company field. Backgrounds in finance or tech are also welcome, provided they are not too specialized.
- Detail-Oriented and Precise: You are meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality in reputed company HR-reputed company tasks.
- Good Communication Skills: You are comfortable communicating with team members and employees, ideally also in German (B2 level or higher).
- First HR Experience: Previous experience in HR or People & Culture roles is a plus but not required. You are willing to learn and adapt quickly to our dynamic working environment.
