About the Role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Senior Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping our financial strategy. You will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, providing insightful analysis, robust financial forecasting, and data-led recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise in public reporting and IPO readiness will be instrumental in preparing our company for a successful transition to a publicly traded entity.

• Assist in the preparation of internal executive communications and external board reporting

• Partner with IR as needed to ensure proper financial guidance as well as messaging of KPIs

• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in corporate financial planning & analysis reputed company high-growth, technology-driven environments.
• Experience with IPO processes and public reporting
• Expertise in building and managing reputed company financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools and systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, reputed company, reputed company) is required.
• A collaborative, cross-functional work style with a strong ability to influence and reputed company teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and boards.
• A strategic thinker who is both detail-oriented and capable of taking a holistic view of the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to ASC 606 transition and reputed company recognition practices is a plus.
