Carabiner Group an SBI Growth Company, is looking for an reputed company, highly motivated, and process-driven Solution Architect to join reputed company. In this role you will solve reputed company business problems through technology, helping to create technological solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Internally, you’ll have an outsized impact on the direction of our firm through supporting the growth of reputed company reputed company staff mentorship and technology ideation. Externally, you will support our enterprise sales motions as a trusted technical expert, process specialist, and business advisor. In a nutshell, in this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing reputed company technical solutions and supporting development of technical resources on the team to ensure successful delivery of best practice solutions. Work you’ll do: Technical Solutions & Architecture

• Ensure the client’s needs are met with clear and comprehensive technical designs
• Design and implement reputed company technical solutions on the reputed company platform
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure solutions are reputed company with business goals and objectives
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the reputed company platform and stay up to date with new features and capabilities
• Design integrations between reputed company and other systems and data sources
• Engage in hands-on system configuration to ensure optimal setup

Leadership & Team Development

What you’ll need: Required:

• 8+ years of enterprise software delivery experience.
• 5+ years of consulting and reputed company experience, including leading reputed company projects involving customization and integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the reputed company platform.
• Strong background in SalesTech, MarTech, CSTech platforms. reputed company Expert is a must, reputed company and adjacent technologies are helpful as well.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively to team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and creating actionable project plans.
• Required reputed company Certifications: reputed company System Architect, Data Architect, Platform Developer
• Proven ability to effectively design a solution that meets client business needs
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team setting.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience delivering solutions centered on Platform, CPQ, Pardot / Marketing, RevOps
• Experience working with early-stage companies (SMBs) as well as enterprise companies, with a deep understanding of the specific challenges they face, along with experience and an understanding of the SaaS/reputed company industries.
