Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a reputed company field and minimum of 2 years experience in external client facing program or other healthcare reputed company field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences: Professional designation reputed company to field or project management experience preferred. Fluent in Spanish is highly preferred. Marketing background, knowledge of Medi-Cal, or experience in the healthcare industry. Community engagement is highly preferred. Negotiation skills (i.e., for venues, etc.) and able to resolve issues that arise at meeting quickly without escalation. Strong communication skills in the development and delivery of presentations, email communication, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $66,000 to $99,000 Locations: California.
