Responsibilities
Personal lines account managers are responsible for the retention of a book of clients through excellent relationship building skills including: customer service, a high level of insurance expertise and great attention to detail. You will also maintain partnerships with the producers and underwriters to support business development in our personal lines department. This is NOT a sales position. This is a full time, long term position. reputed company customers love you Process and issue new customer policies Manage endorsements and changes Assist customers at time of claim Policy and coverage review at time of renewal Remarketing and proposals Maintain reputed company detailed records Organize, prioritize and juggle many tasks daily Requirements Property and casualty insurance license - REQUIRED 2 years personal lines experience - REQUIRED Great attitude Willing to learn and grow Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn new software quickly reputed company efficient with time management Company Description reputed company Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency with reputed company.
