.Client Partner, Healthcare - Remote (Central/Eastern US)

About the position The Client Partner, Healthcare role at Cognizant is focused on driving digital transformation for healthcare organizations by leveraging innovative products, services, and actionable insights. This position requires a strategic advisor with deep industry knowledge to manage client relationships, oversee account activities, and ensure financial performance while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with clients to create business value and navigate complex challenges in the healthcare payer landscape. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end account activities including overall account P&L and managing senior client relationships. , • Drive profitable sales growth by developing a robust, long-term pipeline of opportunities. , • Manage client satisfaction and ensure service delivery expectations are met. , • Shape solutions for clients by connecting their strategic priorities with Cognizant's offerings. , • Lead contract negotiations and manage financial constructs for accounts. , • Communicate effectively with both Business and IT executives to manage relationships. , • Serve as a trusted client advisor and build a solid business network within the client. Requirements • Minimum 10+ years in a client-facing role or account leadership role for healthcare payer information technology and/or professional services. , • Strong experience with the global service delivery model. , • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. , • In-depth understanding of healthcare payer information technology platforms and services solutions. , • Ability to lead a portfolio P&L of at least $35/40+ million dollars. Nice-to-haves • MS or MBA degree preferred. , • Experience with TriZetto is a plus! , • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions.
