Schedule: 36 hours Nights, Every other weekend and Holiday Commitment Job Summary The Staff Nurse is a professional nurse registered in Massachusetts who is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care as set forth in the Nursing Department’s Clinical Practice Manual. Demonstrates initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for the patient with reputed company needs. Ability to effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of patient care and is directly responsible to a designated nurse manager, or supervisor. Assures the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice. Floating includes med/surg areas.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External BSN is required. reputed company licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required. 2 yrs of Med/Surg experience preferred. BLS certification required. Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities. Ability to function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills.
