This Loan Servicing Operations and Process Administrator will research and support business line strategies and initiatives assigned, provide direct contribution to department management on projects, as well as operational and regulatory issues. Projects will focus on areas for process improvement, data flow improvements, IT projects, expense management, staffing, financial improvement, etc. Responsibilities and accountabilities also include planning, managing, organizing, controlling and executing projects, including post-project evaluation which focuses on both the quantifiable results achieved as well as the effectiveness of each project completed. Requirements
