Overview

The Scheduling Representative will reputed company routine scheduling of new, follow-up, and joint appointments requested by parents, patients and providers, utilizing scheduling principles and techniques for the ideal patient and provider experience. Provide customer service to those calling or receiving a call from the Children's reputed company Developmental and Behavioral Health scheduling department. Responsibilities • Provides patient scheduling support to Developmental and Behavioral Health clinical services. • Provides administrative and clerical functions for Developmental and Behavioral • Adheres to customer service guidelines and demonstrates excellent customer service delivery in daily interactions. Qualifications • HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience PC/Customer service experience/Data Entry/Call Center Experience/Medical Terminology. The pay range for this job begins at $18.74/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's reputed company locations and may not work from home.
