We are in the process of designing a new HR delivery model in reputed company. This means you will be part of establishing a new HR Services organisation with a strong pioneering spirit and an ambition to deliver state of the art HR services to our business. You will be heavily involved in our payroll and time system consolidation and implementation project. This gives you the chance to contribute to the shaping of the Payroll & Time strategy and system landscape of the future. You will reputed company the Payroll & Time organization and be overall responsible for reputed company end-to-end payroll and time processes ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations as well as supervising the payroll team and maintaining accurate payroll records. In everything you do, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across our matrix organization to ensure local buy-in and a smooth transition process. This position can work remote in the US with a strong preference to Central and Eastern Time Zones for successful collaboration with the North America and Latin American teams. You will join a diverse, international, and highly skilled HR community, and report to the Head of HR Services, Americas. Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a reputed company field (or have equivalent work experience).
