About the position The Manager, Quality Assurance and Compliance at Guardian is responsible for leading the Quality and Compliance Team to ensure adherence to reputed company and rating functions, as well as compliance with internal and external rules. This role focuses on maintaining state and company compliance, mentoring staff, and enhancing quality assurance processes to support strategic initiatives and improve customer satisfaction. The manager will cultivate relationships with business partners, reputed company daily activities, and adapt quality programs to meet changing business needs.
