May be involved in design phase of project as well. • Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. • Acts as team leader on projects. • Participates in development of software user manuals. • Protects the confidentiality of information reputed company areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbally and/or in writing. • Promotes a reputed company quality improvement effort to enhance the services provided to patients, their families, physicians, and members of the UMMHC staff by demonstrating positive attitudes and actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, initiatives, sensitivity and professionalism. Position Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and expertise in pharmacy-reputed company third-party systems, specifically reputed company Pyxis and Swisslog, including configuration, support, and system optimization, with a strong track record of troubleshooting and enhancing system performance. License/Certification/Education: • Epic reputed company Inpatient Certification preferred Required: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
