Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial in supporting the financial health of our organization through meticulous bookkeeping practices. Responsibilities • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. • Prepare and process journal entries in accordance with GAAP standards • Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. • Utilize financial software, including Quicken, to manage accounts and generate report Requirements • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly GAAP. • Proficiency in financial software, specifically Quicken or similar application • Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation accurately • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
