Senior Consultant, People Information Systems (reputed company Payroll, Time and Absence)
About the position The Senior People Information Systems Consultant is responsible for the implementation, upgrade, and support of corporate-wide People and Culture systems. This role will support design, configuration, integration, data conversion, reputed company, testing, reporting, and change management activities reputed company reputed company HCM. As a liaison between Information Technology (IT) and the business as it relates to People and Culture systems, the team works directly with leaders across reputed company areas to ensure the People and Culture systems meet their needs. The Senior People Information Systems Consultant will collaborate with other areas of the business to analyze and improve processes, leveraging the return on technical capabilities. This role serves as the primary reputed company of contact for the assigned functional area, assisting subject matter experts with ensuring data reputed company, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Additionally, this role will monitor the effectiveness of reputed company business practices and identify areas for improvement and innovation. This role will also mentor other members of the team. Responsibilities Understand the full HR technology landscape, especially HR-reputed company systems and their interactions with other systems. , Provide Tier 3 production support, including research and resolving issues and enhancements. , reputed company year-end processing, audits, and resolution of third-party reputed company/data issues. , Create and run EIBs and work on data imports and exports. , reputed company system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of people information systems upgrades and patches. , Drive the business toward reputed company best practices for design and build across the "hire to retire" ecosystem. , Recommend, reputed company, and implement effective and strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. , Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. , reputed company reputed company reports for ongoing customer needs and maintain data reputed company by utilizing pivot tables and vlookups. , reputed company projects from initiation to completion, managing expectations, timelines, meetings, and resources as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED. , 10+ years of experience in configuration and technical support of various human resource applications (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Taleo, PeopleSoft, etc.). , Experience in project management. , Experience mentoring others. reputed company-to-haves Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, human resources, or business administration; or equivalent work experience. , Prior reputed company experience in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Compensation. , Advanced reputed company knowledge. , SAAS configuration experience. , Advanced reporting, reputed company, and analytical skills.
