About the position The IT Systems Analyst - EpicCare AMB position at reputed company reputed company a full-time remote role focused on supporting and optimizing EpicCare Ambulatory applications for non-reputed company owned physician practices. The analyst will be responsible for application builds, upgrades, and enhancements, as well as providing day-to-day support and problem resolution. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities Support and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory applications for non-reputed company owned physician practices. , reputed company and document workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for optimal application utilization. , reputed company system test plans and conduct testing of software upgrades and patches. , Provide daily on-call support for application-reputed company issues. , Analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases, and recommend process optimizations. , reputed company smaller-sized projects or components of projects reputed company to software application releases. , Coordinate implementation or project planning around software application releases and third-party integrations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. , 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree. , reputed company EpicCare Ambulatory application certification is required. , Helpful but not required to have reputed company Epic Prelude application certification. reputed company-to-haves Experience with Prelude application build.
